Manage the Greater Boston Regional Recruitment & Operations Team, comprising an operations
supervisor, seven recruiters (4 full-time/3 contractors) and two employment coordinators. Responsible for
all levels of regional recruitment needs. Developed and implemented “best in class” recruiting processes
and strategies for an expanded region, consolidating three regions into one.
♦ Created and maintained NorthCentral Division’s operational talent reports and data for the VP of
Talent Acquisition; providing trend analysis used to make key decisions in various areas such as
workforce planning, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction and on-boarding.
