Turn heel - Purl 9(10), P2tog, P1, turn. (There will be stitches
left on the needle before turning).
For the large size you will do one more purl and knit row,
working two stitches together over the gap. You will end after a
knit side row.
With new needle pick up 8 stitches across other side of heel flap
and knit 5 stitches from the heel turn area. Slip the remaining
5 stitches on the first needle.

Your row begins with needle one, starting at the bottom of the
heel. Needle two holds the instep stitches. Needle 3 goes down
the other side of the gusset.
Knit in the round until foot measures desired length (to the
base of the big toe) You can try the sock on while working. You
will do approx 25 - 30 rows from where you picked up the heel
gusset stitches for medium, 35 rows for large.
