Bangalore Complex, KS & DL, from 01st December 2010
to 30th November 2011.

Terms and Conditions

1] EMD of Rs. 5,000/-

2] Date-05-11-2010……..Complaints if any, clarification by 3.00 pm
3] Date-08-11-2010……..Last date submit the Tender Technical & Finance
bid by 3.00 pm
4] Date-10-11-2010…… .Open the Financial bid at 3.01 pm
5] Grand Total should be mentioned in E-Procurement portal.

7] Successful tenderer shall comply with the provisions of the Contract

Labour [Regulation & Abolition] Act 1970 & Rules, The Factories Act &
Minimum Wages Act, Karnataka Factories Rules & all statutory rules
applicable from time to time.

8] The successful tenderer should provide 10 Labours for SEP, 02 Labours

for DP, 10 Labours for Bangalore Complex, 01 Labour for ETP Plant, 01
Labour for Reception /Conference hall, 02 Labours for Cosmetics Plant, 02
Labours for Banglore Branch & 01 Supervisior at Bangalore Complex,
Unskilled labourers for House Keeping / Cleaning in Bangalore Complex of
KSDL. The tenderer must pay Minimum Wages Plus applicables to Chemical
Industry, as per Govt., Notification of Labour Department applicable from
time to time.The No. of persons so engaged may vary depending upon the
requirement at the time of finalizing the tender.

9] The Tenderer shall indicate the consolidated sum all inclusive acceptable
to tenderer for carrying out the above work as said above.

10] The Tenderer should furnish details in the format as at Annexure A,B,C

11] The contractor should possess their own ESI & PF Code Nos. & remit The
ESI / PF contribution to the concerned agencies. The Company will not take
any responsibility in this regard. The contractor should posses the valid
Contract Labour Licence [copy should be furnished.]

12] The Contractor shall indemnify to the Company [KSDL] that they shall
compensate the Company for any loss that may occur in conformity with the
prevailing and future enactments of the Government.

13] The successful tenderer shall ensure that the supply of labourers to
Various Departments will be regular and the required number of labourers are
supplied in time and should maintain a Register indicating the number of
labourers supplied to Various Departments & produce before the Authorized
Person of the company.

14] The Successful tenderer quotation is accepted by the Management of

KSDL, Bangalore-560 055 should deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-[Rupees Ten
thousand only] towards Security Deposit in the form of cash or DD & worth
of Rs. 25,000/-[Rupees Twenty five thousand only] Bank Guarantee towards
proper fulfillment of the contract and also shall execute an agreement on a
stamp paper of Rs. 100/- incorporating all the terms & conditions of the tender
notification in the manner, the management desires.

15] Once the tender is accepted there is no provision for enhancement of the
amount of the tender on any circumstances, Further the approved tenderer will
have no right to transfer the same to any other party.
