This AGREEMENT TO SELL is made and executed at NOIDA, on this ______ day

That the lease deed has not been executed with the NOIDA Authority and
the vacant physical possession of the said property has also not been handed
over by the NOIDA Authority in favour of the vendor. That it has been agreed
to between the parities that as soon as the registration is permissible, the vendor
shall get the lease deed registered and shall simultaneously hand over the lease to
the vendee and shall take the possession of the said property from the NOIDA
Authority.

That the expenses to be incurred on the execution of the transfer deed on stamp
duty, registration fees and other legal expenses will be borne by the vendee.

That the vendee shall have this the rights to get the transfer deed of the same

That the vendor shall be liable to incur all outstanding dues and demands in

the vendee.
10. That vendor needs the money, so the vendor hereby executes this agreement to sell
with free mind and in his full sense and also in good mental state and without any
outside pressure.
11. That the vendor aforesaid shall hand over the vacant and actual physical

That in case of breach of any clause by the vendor aforesaid the vendee shall have
the right to get the Transfer Deed registered through court of law after depositing
the balance amount of this agreement to sell and expenses so incurred in the legal
