Letters are physical representations of sounds. Sounds, are audible waves of energy.

Everything in the physical universe is made up of energy (e=mc2). If you had absolute
control of the most sub atomic particle, you could take the atoms that make a brick of clay,
break them down to quarks and even smaller particles, then reassemble them in the
configuration that would give you a brick of gold.

Energy vibrations are also the connecting reality between the physical, and the spiritual.

Thus, when the spiritual first became manifest in the physical, there were sounds. These
sounds were the results of energy waves expanding in the newly formed physical universe.
These energy waves are what are believed to make up the sounds of the letters of the first
alphabet. The shapes of the letters are what is believed to be a physical representation of
these energy/sound waves. The numerical value assigned to the letter is believed to be the
mathematical representation of the energy wave.

Each alphabet, having a slightly different shape and slightly different sound, will have a
different energy, and as such, a different numerical range. In ancient times, magi's spent
their lives focusing entirely on one thing, to the exclusion of everything else, akin to a
scientist at a university who has no other pressures beyond discovering the properties of an
atom. These magi worked with the letters until they found the exact numerical value and
how to use them and how the results worked. They then used these numbers to call upon
the energies of the universe, in this instance an angel, and when using the Arabic system,
they found that the angels names vibrated best when they ended in the Arabic AYL, and in
the Hebrew system with AL(often times seen as EL in English as in the name Gabriel…
the e is actually an Aleph). They found they got the same results. Whether you called on
Gabriel in Hebrew, or Gabriayl in Arabic, you got the same energy responding to you.
