waterproof clothing, sensible footwear, hat and gloves.

can carry in your hand baggage; these limitations are subject to change at short notice (visit
http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/TravelAndTransport/Foreigntravel/AirTravel for advice).

Baggage policy. Each passenger is entitled to carry ONE PIECE OF LUGGAGE (upto 20 kg). Excess weight fees
will be payable at the airport if the total weight exceeds 20 kg. THIS IS THE STUDENTS RESPONSIBILITY. Also
note that this will not be accessible for the whole of the journey from school to hotel in resort.
Baggage allowance. Each passenger may take one standard piece of hand baggage, dimensions 56x45x25cm.
This should contain all things needed for the journey.

Security guidance: wherever possible, all liquids should be placed in checked baggage to go in the hold of the
aircraft. For liquids carried in hand baggage, restrictions on the quantity permitted are in place. Passengers may
carry small quantities of liquids within separate containers, each of which should not exceed 100ml in capacity.
These containers must be placed within a single, transparent, re-sealable plastic bag, which itself must not
exceed 1 litre in capacity (approximately 20cm x 20cm). The contents of the plastic bag must fit comfortably and
the bag sealed. Only ONE transparent bag of liquids is permitted per passenger, and must be presented for
examination at the airport search area. 'Liquids' includes: All drinks, including water, soup, syrups; Creams,
lotions, oils, etc ; Sprays and pressurized containers including spray deodorants; Pastes, including toothpastes;
Gels, including hair and shower gel; Any other solutions and items of similar consistency. Liquid items larger
