INTRODUCTION

How can one give a pedigree to the

creative process? Is it possible to isolate it to
one and a single individual? Is it possible to
discover say Da Vinci’s early work’s and
positively proved it to be Da Vinci’s based
only on InDNA (intellectual DNA)? The
answer is: yes!
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
The Intellectual Data & Neuron-
Annotation (InDNA), is a process by which
brain product (creative work essentially)
carry in their development imprint of the
creative mind. Any good editor can tell the
work of a writer they worked on at one
point of their life even after they had
worked on thousand and thousand
material. A teacher can tell the creation of
one of his students even if it is not signed.
This is possible not only because of memory
but because we all leave a little bit of
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
ourselves in our creation. The same is true
for inventions. Not two inventors create in
the same manner even when they work or
compete for the same type of creation. We
all have an InDNA that is specific to each
and every one of us. And this can be
proven.

How can we do this?

It could be relatively simple. When it

comes to the written material and when the
author happens to be multilingual and left
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
documents in his second or third language,
his intellectual background will show in his
work. Fact is second language speakers tend
to include structures of their first language
all over their writings. It is an unconscious
process. When such a person speaks more
than one language it is possible to pinpoint
linguistic singularities. Thus to demonstrate
that a second language speaker whose first
language is French for example is the
author of an unedited work in English
becomes feasible. This has to do with the
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
grammatical structure of the two languages.
They differ in very specific manners.
Nominally one is grammatically the reverse
of the other. For example in English you
will say: a red book! In French you will
have: Un livre rouge (a book red). When
writing fiction or nonfiction these types of
cultural idiosyncrasies so to speak,
unconsciously finds they way into the
resulting work be it a book or news article.

Now if you are dealing with an impostor

that is stealing the work of a person and
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
said impostor (unlike the true creator or
inventor) first languages differ and you are
able to locate the original work say within
his hard drive the duplicity will be easily
found. Evidences of a different first
language in the original material would
demonstrate without a shadow of a doubt
(perhaps to the exception of extreme case of
paranormal occurrences), the true identity
of the legitimate author. It occurs to me that
these cultural markers could be found in
many other ways and that it was actually
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
possible to establish a single intellectual
DNA for everyone regardless of their
linguistic diversity.

Thus I was lead to the

discovery/innovation of “Intellectual
DNA”. Furthermore, InDNA is made of
lamellas that correspond to specific portions
of the brain. As people develop and grow
these specific portions perhaps particles or
brain cells changes. We herby postulate that
view on a brain scan they presents specific
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
gradation in accordance InDNA lamella’s
evolution.

INTELLECTUAL DNA (InDNA)

(Theory)
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

What is a DNA?

It is a scientific term used in biology to

determine something that is considered the
signature of any biological entity. Today the
term is so common that we barely think
about it. It was made popular by legal suits,
, notably the OJ trial, that captured the
imagination. In such cases DNA is what a
blood sample can tell about the identity of
an individual, based ont eh analysis of his
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
blood sample or other biological data
available. In forensic investigations, a
simple analysis can inculpates or exonerates
a person accused of a crime. This hoever
does not tell us a great deal about DNA
does it? So, what is DNA anyway?

It is a biological material so specific

in its texture that it is considered unique for
any living or dead being. It has been
describes as: “the hereditary material in
humans and almost all other organisms.”
All those that have studied biology know it
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
as deoxyribobucleotide acid. A term that
confuses us more than it help. A term that
nevertheless is the technical name of DNA.
Information’s in DNA are not made of a
simple block of material even though we
may think so. DNA indeed is a composite of
sort made of information “stored as a code
made up of four chemical bases: adenine
(A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), and thymine
(T)”i Further information tells us about the
structure of DNA, its complexities, what we
have in common (of the billion bases that
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
form DNA, 99 percent are the same in all
people). The relevance of DNA probably
finds its importance beyond its identifying
qualities from the fact that the afore
mentioned bases “determines the
information available for building and
maintaining an organism. The way it works
is similar to the way in which letters of the
alphabet appear in a given order to form a
word or sentence.”

How does biological DNA compare

to Intellectual DNA. Fact is our intellectual
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
baggage is the synthesis of sort of what we
have learnt, were taught and/or acquired in
the course of our life. It is a continuing
process. However at each stage of a
person’s life it is possible to determine if not
his level of education at least the substance
of his education. This is possible trough the
work that he creates (when such body of
work existed) or the nature of his skills and
overall general conduct.

How a person’s way of speaking can

give us clues on his education. It is clear
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
that accent does not play any particular role
here besides being a component in his
InDNA. If you speak a foreign language for
example, just by listening to you a native
can tell whether you have learnt the
language within an academic structure,
though in some instances self thought
individuals achieved great mastery in
foreign languages. The same is true for
written materials.

INTELLECTUAL DNA MARKERS

INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

Markers:

The easiest markers are: age, education and

spoken language. The though markers are
self-education as for scholars and
autodidactic education, emotional history
and personal history as well.

Observation: one does not need to have a

PhD. to be a great inventor. One however
needs certain basic education. The more
fascinating cases maybe that of slaves that
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
were also notable inventors. The creative
marker though difficult in these instances
can be found nevertheless in personal
history. Most inventors have a pattern of
behavior that can be traced through friends,
acquaintances and relatives, thus extending
to childhood.

Observation 2: When it comes to the written

material the second language marker is
essential since it could very easily debunk
an impostor.
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
Observation 3: It is possible that InDNA
serves other purposes but cases of
intellectual properties alone. It could be
helpful in countless ways, including school
orientation, work choices and in criminal
investigations as well. It could be both
exculpatory and incriminating.
INTELLECTUAL DNA

People & InDNA

INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

How does Intellectual DNA (InDNA)

applies to Individuals?

Each individual develops in the course of a

life time what can be called his intellectual
DNA (Intellectual Data & Neuron
Annotation). These are intellectual
footprints or “neuroprints” that we leave
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
everywhere be it among our friends
(memories), material productions
(inventions, writing, art & other activities)
as well as social character. They are the
result of our social and emotional history,
most of all of our upbringing, cultural and
academic history. It is possible to pinpoint
in the trail of an artist or a writer the
pathway of his development. It is possible
to prove by inDNA that a given work is
from a given writer or from an impostor.
This is very feasible in modern and post
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
modern era than it would have been before,
that is because we all leave be it in digital or
written form the pathway of our interest,
production and creations. Certain creations
just do not come out of nowhere, just like no
one becomes an adult overnight, even
genius leaves a pathway full of foot prints
showing their interest and evolution (when
there is no such evidence we will finds in
his relations anecdotal evidence denoting
characters later manifested in his or her
creation). It is this understanding that
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
makes InDNA (Intellectual Data & Neuron
Annotation) a reality. When a person’s is
school educated his InDNA naturally
includes his level of education (including
his diplomas’).

The technique developed in analyzing

InDNA will prove to be a powerful tool. It
could be used in “forensic analysis” of
copyright infringement and stolen
inventions. By forensic analyses we
understand of course the investigation of
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
cases chat happened a relatively long time
ago.

Fully developed the InDNA

investigative technique will show the more
likely (75% to 99% probability) creator of a
creative work. The real author of any given
Work can be identified even after his death
as long as his InDNA can be found. The
same any impostor can easily be debunked
by showing that his InDNA does not match
his pretensions. Impostors are generally
people with a level of skills that do not
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
match their ambition. While inventors are
flooded with ideas, though they do not
always have the wherewithal to bring them
to reality.
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

Observation:

An impostor for some reason may

decide that the creator does not deserve to
own his own work (racism or class war
syndrome). In such case the impostor while
stealing the creative work will try to destroy
(physically or figuratively the creator).
These are extreme cases delineating a
devious personality. Be it as it may, it is
usually easier to show who is the impostor
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
and who is the real author because an
impostor InDNA will show a pathway in
some ways similar to the real creator but
very different in the creative process and
renderings of work. That is because the
moral action of stealing is usually
associated with a certain type of creative
work (perhaps morbid type), somewhat
naïve and incomplete. Early works of
impostors are always devoid of grace. They
have no depth and the impostor knows that.
Their work lack the mark of great
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
imagination. They have no refinement and
little harmony, neither of tones. They are in
many ways distinctively different from that
of the original creator whose work they
have stolen). The moral character and
creative work of an impostor is by
definition inferior to any work that he is
trying to steal. That is why he is not only
stealing the work of an inspired creator, he
also tries if he can to defame and attack the
original creator of the work he pretend to be
his. An impostor InDNA clearly shows the
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
sudden break (in tone, harmony,
movement, inspiration and over all
rightness) between his work and that of the
real creator.

When it comes to creativity &

inventions, Anecdotal pathway (relatives
and friends interviews) will show that the
impostor does not have the creative pattern
leading to the works that he would like to
make his. This is true whether the work is
plastic (painting for example) or written
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
(fiction, non-fiction or fiction) or both. This
is also true when it comes to inventions.

InDNA can also be found in plastic work

(painting) & in inventions. It is usually
disperse in any creative work and an author
can generally be able to show in many
aspects of his work in particular a novel,
specific details related to his life that only
he knows. In non-fiction works, the path to
creation shows the author’s intellectual
journey through his various manuscripts,
interest, documents and activities. In order
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
to complete non-fiction works, intensive
research are sometime needed. The trail of
libraries, of books consulted or bought, all
delineating “path-dots” (footprints) of an
author or creator intellectual journey. Put
together these path-dots’s form the chain
leading to the final work. When possible,
scraps books, digital data, electronic
elements such as hard drive or movable
drives, DVD’s, floppy disks (even when
bought from a third person) since the work
in the CD or computers will show the
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
character of the present owner (when the
author bought it from a third person). Thus
differentiates him (the previous owner)
even when said owner happened to be the
impostor. This is true for floppy drives, zip
drives and any other digital media used to
transfer files. The intellectual path-work of a
creator is his and only his. It cannot be
duplicated because it is developed in space
and time. The advantage of digital data is
that their path-work can be localized in
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
space and time as well and they can have
digital signatures retrievable by specialists.

InDNA as stated also exists within

the creative work itself. When this work is a
book and a pre-publication manuscript as
available. There are sentences constructions
that are particular to individuals. The
creative process, the construction of the
work, even certain types of mistakes and
spelling errors (this is better verified when
the real creator and the impostor happened
to speak different languages). When the real
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
creator speaks a language that is foreign to
the impostor and his scrapbook is available
it is relatively easy to show how a work was
duplicated or stolen. Thus by
demonstrating colloquial errors that are
repetitive and directly associated to first
language.

It is very hard for an impostor even

a “talented” one who had the opportunity
to study the real creator to duplicate his
mistakes to perfection. And even when he
does he is bound to betray his duplicity.
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
Even in such case, he could not erase or
forge his own neuron-print and path work.
Even if he did, it is possible to date
paperwork, ink and written character to
correlate original creation and fallacious
one. When digital path work is available the
case is easily to proven.

This would also be very helpful in a trial. A

good example would be the description of a
building in a different country where the
author once lives and where the impostor
never was. Such would be a great example
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
of InDNA evidence. Thus in only one
creative work the conjunction of “n”
InDNA, say ten to twenty “eventype” (read
“event type”, that is the description of
events, place, circumstances known only by
the author) would match the creator. There
are also certain types of interest that do not
bloom overnight, in particular when it
comes to research or even habits and
addictions. Most researchers show their
interest in one way or another in their real
life. Some creators manifested their interests
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
when they were very young. Their
understanding of the universe. They were
perhaps curious either in the way things
worked or in their environment.

InDNA GENOME
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
I-Genome

The Intellectual Genome

The Intellectual genome of an individual

will comprise the following essential
elements that will constitute the basic
gamete three of his personality.
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
These elements are:

1- Education or Gamete “E” (Edga)

2- Social environment of Growth or
gamete “S” (Soega)
3- Emotional history or gamete “EH”
(Emhisga)
4- Personality or gamete “P” (Pegap)
5- Creativity or gamete “C” (Cegap)
6- Hearth of intellectual development
or gamete “H” (Hedgap)
7- Marital status (whether married or
not married or gamete “M” (Mesga)
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

It shall be proven that these gametes

constituted the intellectual genome
of each individual and will manifest
themselves in any part of their
creativity if they are artists or
writers, politicians or farmers, etc.
The tree {E,S,EH,P,C,H,M} can be
numbered individually. As a person
shows more interest in one field or
another, his gamete is affected. But
let us see what they really represent.
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

Education or gametee “E”

By education we do not
necessarily means academic
education. By education we are
describing what a given person
learned in the course of his life (from
birth to the moment in time of his
InDNA). Because this education will
affect in one way or another his
development, it is important to
know what that was. Did he study
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
farming? Had he learn and
developed hunting skills? Did he go
to school instead? What was his
interest? Any particular classes? If
so, when and where?
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

Social Environment of Growth or Gametee

“S”

By social environment of growth we

mean as the title shows, where and how a
person was raised. Was it a stressful
environment? Was he loved, perhaps
abused? Was he raised in a one family
home, were his grand-parents there, was he
involved in a gang? Did he ever use drugs?
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
It is understood here that one does not
necessarily mimic his youth. Quite in the
contrary many do develop an Oedipus like
complex that leads them to be the contrary
of what their parents were. They could also
try to emulate their parents. Gametee “S” is
purely indicative. It does not have great
barring on creativity when it comes to
inventions but it could be important for a
creative writer. In all cases knowing the
Gametee “S” factor will greatly advanced
the understanding of any individual
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
development and one could pinpoint where
in his present life one or another element of
the past plaid a certain role.
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
OBSERVATION

The proof of the Intellectual DNA (data

nano accuracy), is that an expert of a Picasso
will know a good forgery at sight. What
matters is here is the details thus one can
speak of data nanno accuracies. Even when
works are very similar there is a nuance that
mark the work of the master. The same an
expert of Victor Hugo will recognize any
writer pretending to be Victor Hugo. How
do we structuralize that which
distinguishes so well a creative work that it
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
could be isolated? This is the challenge of
this study. To show it is to have done for
intellectual property what forensic science
did to criminal investigation. Scientists of
the intellects will be able in the future to
better defend and protect intellectual
properties and to better isolate criminal and
imposters from original authors.
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

Emotional history or gamete EH

The fact is that any creator or innovator

usually leaves in his work elements of his
emotional history. This history is quite
logically part of his evenemential and social
history. To know this is to have done half or
perhaps a third of the work; only a final
analysis of this study will prove the truth of
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
this assertion and properly determine that
correct percentile assessment.

Creativity of gamete “C”

The most important Gamete in the

understanding and analyzing of a creative
work. Gamete “C” is the childbirth of our
intellectual and perhaps emotional as well
as psychological personality. Because of this
it is always with us in one form or another.
Gamete “S” is as much the identity of a
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
creator as anything else. It shows his
interest, his history. Even a very shy creator
will share elements of his interests with
close friends or family.
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

CONCLUSION

Great discoveries have improved our

understanding of the brain in the last
twenty years. Despite these great forays
however, a lot remained to be learned. The
complexity of social relationships, the rising
of ever sophisticated techniques also
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
brought new waves of criminals. It is now
easy to invade the identity of a person, to
switch it, corrupt and distort it. Shall we
rely only on old systems to face this new
phenomenon or shall we progress with it
and devise new ways in understanding
ourselves?

Because I found myself victim of

such trouble individual made me realize
that it was time to contribute with whatever
gifts God or nature endowed unto me to the
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
great challenge that we face in post modern
era.

The concept of an intellectual DNA

is still at its early stage. I have no doubt that
this technique combined with other will
help to enhance our ability to protect
intellectual property and to reveal
impostors with increasing accuracy. The
danger of impostors of the type that I faced
is not only that they steal inventor’s
creations but that they effectively attack the
decency of human life by creating road
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
blocks on the creative process. Inventors,
innovators and creators caught in their
schemes maybe too distraught by the
challenges to devout all the time needed in
new creations that would have improved
people lives. Thus we are not dealing here
only with a subject of law enforcement but
with the advancement of science, the arts
and innovations.

We all have something to bring to this

world. We all have something of value, each
and every one of us. No life is inferior, no
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
task indifferent. We all want a healthy social
body.

There are however nuisances and

cancers. Innovators and creators have an
important role in this respect. Protecting
their intellectual property is also protecting
the fabric of society in what it has the most
precious: its intellectual vitality. Indeed new
inventions are becoming as essential to the
world as the air that we breathe. As society
become more and more digitalized, the
more we need better tools to evolve within
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
its realms. We also need genuine inventors
to develop their own products for the
greater good.
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA

In Vol. 2 we shall make a more detailed

analysis of the brain and explore how a
better understanding of the human brain
helps us appreciate InDNA. We shall show
that people are born with brains that are
intrinsically different from each other in
such a way that no matter the type of
education that you give a person you
cannot make a Da Vinci’s out of him.
Certain individuals however are born with
specific brain structures and characteristics
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
favorable to development of genius like
abilities. It is thus possible to determine
from brain structure whether a person
achieved a certain level of creativity as
certain works over a given period of time
favor the development of specific areas of
the brain. In the case of an impostor for
example brain analysis may one day
radically determined intellectual paternity
of creative work. However said analysis can
only determine that individual X1 had the
specific brain development patterns
INTELLECTUAL DNA
InDNA
associated with the creativity potential
expected from the author of the work in
contention. Though this may sound
disappointing in the case of two people
with similar brain development it would be
determinant say in the case of a psychopath
pretending to be the author of a stolen
work. This because psychopath brains
appear to have characteristic pattern. Said
patterns are associated with certain levels of
cognitive abilities.
