Ref: Registration of Memorandum of EQM: Our Loan Account of M/S
Flute Pack represented by Proprietor: Sri.Alok V.Marda.

We have sanctioned a Loan against Equitable Mortgage of Immovable


Property of Rs.96,00,000/- (Rs. Ninety lakhs only) to M/s Flute Pack
represented by its Proprietor Sri.Alok V.Marda against Mortgage of Property.
As per under section 10-A of the Karnataka Stamp Act, Sri. lok V.Marda is
submitting two separate Bankers Cheques of Rs24,000/-- and Rs.10,000/- to
register the EQM creation and memorandum of EQM in favour of us.

As the Loan amount is above Rs.5.00 lakhs, the borrower has to register the
Memorandum of EQM with you. As per under Section 88/1 we are exempted
for personal appearance at your office for creation.

Hence, we request you to register the EQM creation and Memorandum of


EQM in our favour.

land hereinafter described in the Schedule B here under written and having
acquired the same by way of registered Sale Deed dated.
We are writing this to confirm that we have deposited with you on title deeds
relating to our plot of land known as Plot No(s): 115 of Bommasandra-Jigani
Link Road Industrial Area comprised in Sy. No (S) Parts of 25 & 26 within the
Village Limits of Bandenallasandra Jigani Hobli Anekal Taluk, Bangalore
District. Described below (hereinafter referred to as the ‘said property) with
the intention of creating an equitable mortgage on the said property by way of
collateral security for the amounts due to the Bank from me/us under the
following credit facilities extended by the Bank.

The said property is self acquired and as such no one else has any interest in

prospective or any intending purchaser taken possession of it or a part of it.
The said property is free from all encumbrances.

Accordingly we had submitted our revised Quotation. However we do not
have any feedback on the price revision solight by us,

We would request your early revision to unable us to proceed, as otherwise if


would be a total loss to us.

We have revised our request for revision to the have minimum. In fact in
cases like DAKTRAIN GEL we will continue to supply 10lacs.

However in the case of GYNODAKTARIN GEL we would request you to


consider our request as there is obviously same error.
