2005 with the merger of Crompton Corporation and Great Lakes
Chemical Corporation. Our history – which includes Crompton &

Partnership
• 1985 : We started working with Chemtura in Chile in PU market. At
that moment Chemtura was Uniroyal.

• 2007: We started operation in Perú with PU products portfolio.

• 2008: We got the distribution for Argentina.

• 2008 We got Bolivia distribution for PU materials.

• Our sales are 2,6 Millon Dollars per year. We expect to increase for
the next 2 years to 4,0 Millons dollars.

• We are present in the following Markets:

• Mining
The mining industry used urethanes for pipe lining, scarpers and
hydrocyclones

• Industrial
The industrial uses for urethanes are many and include their use as
abrasion resistant coatings, liners, guides, and as wheels and pads.

• Miscellaneous
There are some urethane products that cannot be classified within
one industry. These urethane products are for general purpose and
used within a wide variety of industries
