Key Responsibilties
 Prepare Construction, Design, Regulatory & Marketing & Sales schedule
of all Residential and Commercial project with Microsoft Project 2010.
(MSP).
 Keep track of all schedules;
 To study, research, analyze and incorporate techniques, methods, and
equipments for schedule compliance and reduce time of completion.
 Prepare periodical reports showing variance of planed schedule from
Actual progress;
 Prepare the agenda and minutes of all meetings and making a
meaningful work plan form the same.
 Schedule & Attend all the meetings with Architect, Consultants and
Contractor along with the Joint Managing Director.
 Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress
& de-bottlenecking.
 To finalize a list of drawings with respect to project, circulate it to all
the consultants and take the individuals confirmation for the dates and
regularly follow up for the same.
 Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors & external
agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and
obtaining statutory clearances.
 To obtain BOQ’s from all structural and service consultants.
 To obtain tender drawings for structure and services as per schedule.

commissioning for Saih Rawl Gas Compression Expansion Plant, New Power
Plant and 70 km 132 MW of overhead lines. Design and Construction of Power
Plant. PDO specifications and EUROCODE2 to be implemented in Power Plant.
and Compression Plant and overhead lines in accordance with PDO and British
Standard.
