"MENTAL RETARDATION - HOW TO STUDY AND APPLY ASTRAL

REMEDIES."

It is very important that the horoscope of an infant is studied to know

whether it has planetary influences which can cause mental retardation. If
so, then the astrologer must suggest appropriate remedial measures to
