Wellstream is a leading independent designer and manufacturer
of bespoke offshore flexible pipeline products, systems and
solutions.

Wellstream's flexible pipe is an unbonded product made from multiple layers of

helically applied metallic wires and extruded thermoplastics. Each layer is designed
with the individual service conditions in mind, for example:

COLUMN
There are few environments more demanding
than offshore oil and gas production. Flexible
pipe has proved highly versatile when it comes
to meeting the demands of subsea and FPSO
based production. In some circumstances,
it’s the only suitable technology available.
Our products have an excellent record in
dynamic applications such as risers and export
systems, where we can optimise the design
configuration to accommodate the dynamic
motion of the production facility. In static
environments, flexible flowlines are ideal for
connecting remote wellheads to riser bases
and accommodating situations where there is
uneven seabed topography or congested
seabed architecture.
Wellstream’s products can be found in all
the main offshore production basins and are
proven to withstand the harshest operating
conditions in depths well beyond 2,000m.

Our philosophy is to control the installed
cost of flexible pipe by offering Wellstream
products direct to the end user and/or on
an installed basis.
In the latter case, Wellstream Installation
Services offers project specific solutions
tailored to suit client needs based on:
Modular equipment lay spreads, owned by
Wellstream, which may be accommodated
on a wide variety of third party vessels, and
Established relationships with major offshore
SURF installation contractors.
These varied installation offerings provide
Wellstream with the ability to deliver innovative
cost effective installation solutions to meet
