Dental pulp is a connective tissue but it varies for different patient..first of all,it
contained within the tooth and enclosed by dentine , the toothǥhas little space
inside the tooth containing the pulp, surrounded from all parts by dentin .it's
closed by rigid walls

but if your enamel is lost or injured,it won ǯt be replaced.,the doctor jusy repeated
the previous sentence in Arabic..nothing more; so this is how the tooth defend
itself;by growing new layer of dentine inside .

the part before slide 16ǥ the nerve signal ( sayal 3a9abi) is not transmitted by
nerves ,odontoplastic processes act as receptors for impulses from dentin
(dentine. (dr said it is important to remember this point)

cSlide 16 :the end of paragraph : well here a very important part was missing..the
doctor said that in general he doesn't ask about the differet type of cholinergic
endings .

Dentinal tubule : tubules inside the dentin containing fluid ,sometimes these fluid
move, sometimes when eating sweety things..fluid move performing pressure to
equivalent the osmotic pressurecc

cslide 12,13,14 before talking about the mouse. : sympathetic supply of the head
and neck region ;consequently if we remove the cervical gangilion we notice a
decrease in cholinergic materials ,they deducted that some of the sympathetic
nerves are cholinergic cc

Just 8 lines below the previous partǥ the doctor explains something about the
teeth formation, that the dental papilla in enamel organ will form dentin and
pulpits very important to have good amount on blood pressure to regulate the
synthesis of enamel and dentine.

Slide 21 : nerve fibers and odontoblastic processes are pulled by hydronamic

force, when digging the cavity the device you use looses water and this will
damage the dentine causing odontoblastic processes to be pulled ..by
hydrodynamic force, these are secreted from pulpal tissue.tob3n damaging nerve
fibres and killing of odontoblasts will cause pain in dentine.this is one.tob3n
when u have small injury, when the odontoblasts layer's damage is slightǥwhen
the damage is slight the pulp will make a dentine layer under th e dentine layer
you caved bitkunǥ

injuryǥif the pulp react and try to recover this will lead to inflammationǥ.
PULPIãIS ..but if there's no resistance and pulp don't reactǥthis will cause the
death of pulpǥ PULP NECROSIS. c

Some times pulpitis can be reversible ,the pulp goes back to its original state

overǥPulp necrosis is full of bacteriaǥ this bacteria may move from the pulp to
the surrounding area.

when the lesion extend to root apex, the periodontal ligament contribute and
cause inflammation of the periodontal ligament

Slide 26 : ãhe odontoblastic process can transmit pain or can detect pain itself, it
act as nerve terminal ,this is proved by odontoblasts being neural crest in
origin,ectomesenchyme,so it has neural origin.

Second one, n erve fibers extend through dentin, nerve fiber inside dentin , ? the
third theory, the most acceptable,fi 3ndi fluid inside dental..upon any stimuli ,we
fluid movement that stimulate things.

Doctor enphasise that these theories are important . .
