Competitive Wages
Staff Member Quarterly Incentive Plan (Short and Long Term)
• The plan is a quarterly incentive based on a % of wages paid calculation and is based on store
operations and comparison to industry results.
Paid Time Off Program (to be used for all vacation time, sick time and holidays)
• Based on staff members total hours worked
• Balances build and rollover from year to year
• Annual PTO hours earned increase based on years of service
• Year 1 PTO hours accrued based on 40 hours per week:
o Non-management = 70
o Management = 120
Employee Assistance Program – access to counseling, financial, legal and work/life services (covers you
and your dependents)
Generous Staff Member Discount on store purchases

In addition, all Full-Time Staff Members (32+ hours per week) are eligible for healthcare benefits. You
become eligible for healthcare benefits on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment.

Medical Plan – Company Sponsored (you have the option of a High Deductible Health Plan with HSA
or a PPO plan)
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) – dollar for dollar match by Greenlife up to the deductible amount
(you must have the High Deductible Health Plan to qualify for a Health Savings Account)
Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance
Short Term Disability
Long Term Disability – Company Paid
Life Insurance – Company Paid for you and your dependents
Wellness Program - includes Fitness and Tobacco Cessation Reimbursement as well as a discount on
the medical plan with Tobacco Cessation Certification/Pledge
