Observe the following notices when carrying out repairs
on hydraulic units!

Alle Öffnungen der Hydraulikaggregate verschließen.

Close off all openings of the hydraulic unit.

Alle Dichtungen erneuern.

Nur original HYDROMATIK-Ersatzteile verwenden.

Replace all opf the seals.

Use only original HYDROMATIK spare parts.

Alle Dicht- und Gleitflächen auf Verschleiß prüfen.

Achtung: Nacharbeiten an Dichtflächen z.B. durch
Schleifpapier kann die Oberfläche beschädigen.

Check all sealing and sliding surfaces for wear.

Attention: Re-work of the sliding surfaces by using, for
example with abrasive paper, can damage the surface.

Hydraulikaggregate vor Inbetriebnahme mit

Hydrauliköl befüllen.

Fill the hydraulic unit with hydraulic oil

before commissioning.

Re-fitting the rotary group Repair Instructions A8VO

Die Gewindebohrungen müssen frei sein von Öl, Fett

Staub oder anderen Verschmutzungen, welche die
Schraubensicherung gefährden.

The threads must be free of oil, grease, dust or any other

contaminants which may impair the locking of the screws.

Rückzugplatte mit Kolben und Mittelzapfen einsetzen.

Schrauben mit Precote-Beschichtung verwenden.* Anzieh-
drehmomente siehe Serviceinfo

Fit the retaining plate with pistons and centre pin into place.
Use screws that have a Precote coating.
* For tightening torques, see service information.

Federteller 1 und Tellerfedern 2 mit Fett lagerichtig

einkleben.

Fit the spring plate 1 and cup springs 2 into their correct
position (and orientation) using grease to hold them into
place.

Die richtige Schichtung.

Ensure that all of the parts are assembled in correct order

and orientation.

Kolben einfädeln. Weiche Unterlage verwenden -

Beschädigungsschutz!
Beide Triebwerke so vormontieren (Mit Haltevorrichtung

Insert pistons into the cylinder. Using a soft surface as a

support to prevent the sliding surfaces from being
damaged. Pre-assemble both of the rotary groups in this

Abstimmung hydr. Teil des Triebwerks
Abstimmung Pos. D erfolgt mit Federteller verschie-
dener Höhe, so daß sich beim eingebauten Triebwerk
im Gehäuse zwischen Mittelzapfen und Federteller
das Spiel ergibt.
Maß (D) = 0,4 ± 0,1 mm
Nach Montage der kompletten Einheit Durchdreh-
moment des Triebwerks kontrollieren.
Adjustment of the hydraulic component of the
rotary group
The adjustment of dimension D is carried outusing spring
plates of differing thickness, so that the correct clearance
is achieved between the rotary group which is fitted in
the housing and the centre pinand spring plates.
Dimension (D) = 0,4 ± 0,1 mm
After assembly of the complete unit the breakaway
torque of the rotary group has to be checked with the
torque wrench.

Meßvorgang Measuring procedure

Vier Umdrehungen an der Meßuhr Turn down by 4 turns on the dial gauge.
nach unten drehen. Check:
Kontrolle: 2 mm Spiel, Meßuhr "Null". 2 mm clearance, set dial gauge to "Zero".

Spiel: NG 28 - 160 0,4 mm ± 0,1 Clearance: Size 28 - 160 0,4 mm ± 0,1

öffnung einsetzen, ausrichten.
3. Bolzen in Stickstoff unterkühlen,
einsetzen.
4. Lager einpressen.

1. Press in bearing into housing.

2. Install and align the intermediate
wheel through side drive opening.
3. Cool down the bolt with nitrogen
and place it.
4. Press in bearing.

Lager in Gehäuse einpressen.

1. Schaftschrauben (nach N 08.001) 1. Bolts (to N 08.001)

Die Werte gelten für Schaftschrauben mit metri-
schem ISO-Gewinde nach DIN 13 Teil 13, sowie
Kopfauflagemaßen nach DIN 912 Zylinder-
schrauben, DIN 931 Sechskantschrauben mit
Schaft bzw. DIN 933 Sechskantschrauben mit
Gewinde bis Kopf.
The values stated are valid for bolts with metric
ISO threads to DIN 13 part 13, as well as head
areas to DIN 912 socked head cap screws, DIN
931 hexagon bolt or DIN 933 hexagon bolts with
threads up to the head.
