advancement of faculty through appointments, promotions and the granting of tenure for the School of
Dentistry. Directed and coordinated the School’s Faculty/Staff Professional Development Program and
was invited to speak on the program’s success at an ADEA conference in 2008.

Executive Assistant to the Associate Dean
Collaborated with Dean and senior faculty for the initiation and administration of the College’s first
Pre-Doctoral Faculty - Student Mentor Program. Served as a senior level administrator for the
unification and calibration of College’s seven advanced dental education programs. Facilitated
communication and policy implementation between departments and supervised department residents
participating in the College’s Emergency On-Call public service.
