this matter and assisted in representing Ms. Ragusa at her criminal jury
trial. The People anticipate his testimony lasting one hour. (Also

Judge Russell was the judge that presided over Ms. Ragusa’s criminal

Mr. Albani during the period of time when he was preparing
the case of
People v. Ragusa. Mr. Miller will testify regarding Mr. Aibani
’s actions
during the period of time of preparation for the trial.
Mr. Mi[ler will
 further testify regarding his observations of Mr. Albani during the period
of time that he was working on the case of People v. Ragusa. Mr. Miller
will also provide character evidence regarding Mr. Albani’s practice of
law.

11. M. Cohn Bresee, Attorney, 78 West 1 Jth Avenue, Denver, CC

(303) 377-0100. Mr. Bresee will testify on April 6, 2011. His testimony
will be approximately two hours, Mr. Bresee is a character witness for
Mr. Albani. Mr. Bresee will testify regarding his relationship with Mr.
Albani subsequent to the case People v. Ragusa. Mr. Bresee will testify
regarding the various trials that he and Mr. Albani have been in the
subsequent 5 years. Mr. bresee will testify regarding his observations of
Mr. Albani regarding his practice of law.
