RELENTLESS EFFORT
I will preach, teach and demand effort in every aspect of football
and in the classroom. The linebackers will set the “effort bar” for
everyone in the country. This culture will lead to an increase in
turnovers and a decrease in big plays.
Loafs will not be an option! I will grade everything we do in
practice, scrimmages & games. There will be effort sheets posted
in the meeting room, grading each period of every practice.
These sheets are direct feedback for the players and teach 100%
accountability.
PERSONNEL
Our players will have a complete understanding of personnel. It
is a must to know the offensive personnel before they break the
huddle. I will teach the LB’s to think the game by anticipating
formations, plays & adjustments.
