Project title: Researched ,developed and prepared a final report on Student Management
Student Information System. This System stores and sorts out data of any student entered in the
System system. Information can be added, deleted or modified. It can be provided to any
school or institute to maintain record of the students.

(August,2010-To Date)

1 Working as a .Net Software Developer to develop and maintain web-based applications for
the client Kaiser Permanente.
2 Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.Net, C# and Oracle/sql to develop the
applications.
3 During the period,have worked on following projects:

• Care Initiative Management System(CIMS):

This System manages the Initiative i.e replacement of existing drug in use with the new
drug, but ensures there will be no adverse affect of it on patients health.
• ExpressCare:
It manages the patient information suffering from disease Diabetes and Hypertension.It
schedule the visit of patients, maintain their record regarding their drug,care manager etc.
Training At ASSIGN InfoTech, NOIDA, INDIA
(January, 2010 – July,2010):

Worked as a Stipend- paid- Trainee in Assign InfoTech, developed a good working knowledge of
Html, JavaScript, jQuery-A JavaScript Library and CSS During the period, have worked on
following projects:

1 JQueryCode Generator: It generates the basic syntax of JavaScript page i.e. all private variables,
Private Methods and Public Methods with their expected arguments can be generated. Users of this
tool are all developers that use JQuery. It saves the time of the developers.
2 JALDropDown 1.1.0: This works same way as System dropdown but it can consist of template as
list. This is a JQuery Plug-in that takes Json as input and generates the dropdown. User can even
set the theme of dropdown using the provided CSS.
3 Med Smart: This is a tool that provides the details of the patient based on two drugs –Accutane
and Methotrexate to the user. Basically users of this are physicians who can add or edit the
information of their patient.

Additional Skills Acquired:

For the last four years, during the summer breaks, have attended private computer software training
schools to acquire working knowledge of various industry software’s and Language. The details are
