(Memorandum of meeting)

Rajasthan -DP Planning – 2011-12

1- Industrial working/govt. and institutional sales – All team member need to send
weekly report of industrial visit and sales output. Format will be send to all team
members soon, on every Wednesday need to send report with CC. Marks to MR
Gautam sir/Amit ji.

2- Tour plan should be submitted by 1st evening on every month without any delay.
And it should be followed very strictly; last 10% plan can be change but not more
then that.

3- All expenses should be submitted on weekly basis.

4- Every 2nd of every month meeting will be held at branch to discuss target vs
achievement.

5- Target will be given in the form of Product wise selling, we need to consider all
product to sell, every individual will have individual target for every product line
(Like – SP, MP, DBs, A/C box, RCDs, Mini MCBs)

6- On every quarterly basis we need to nurture our networking.

7- Very very special focus on retailing part on every point of Distribution,


Vipul,sunderam,suman agency,Vardhman,lalit chandak,ashok industry,Krishna
sales,mehra

On weekly basis need to send network development report with sales value,
format will be send to you soon,

8- for any help you can call/mail/sms undersigned 24*7,

9- A target sheet is enclosed for your ready references we need to work at very
strong line and passion.

10- All POP material should be utilized in a proper manner and that should be visible
in retail market/dealer/distributor point.

11- All team members should carry samples of modular a/c box/mini mcb whenever
they are on tour, if some one wants any samples please let us know.
12- Every area head will inform his planning for primary billing on every day basis to
me at morning that will be analyze in evening – because we need to focus on
every day billing,

13- My special consideration will be on as following.

Udaipur – network development and sales volume


Jodhpur – highly potential area, we have done good job but long way to go.
Industrial working – very new and fresh strategy and hard working required.
Distribution growth – all major cities should be covered through very hawthorns
(typical zigzag) retail network; our clear mission is to be touching every retail counter
of Rajasthan within 15 days.
Major dealers - every old dealer should grow minimum 40% growth as they have
potential to do 100% growth.
