Kirby is a leading manufacturer of Pre Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB) in Middles East & Africa (MEA) and India, a subsidiary of Kuwait based Alghanim
Industries, a $2 Billion diversified conglomerate having 30 business entities employing 12,000 people across 40 countries.
Responsibilities involve gathering, analyzing and maintaining market intelligence, supporting senior management with marketing strategies,
preparing and maintaining marketing budget, planning and implementing branding and promotional activities.
 Worked closely with the senior management for strategy and business plan development and facilitated the discussions with
inputs on analysis of demand, competition, market trends and investments across industries in each country of MEA & India
 Assessed and forecasted the demand supply gap for PEBs in each region. Successfully devised the scientific approach to
calculate market size in each region
 Responsible for evaluating growth opportunities for business in new geographies and product segments. Developed early
recommendations for entry into EU markets and study report on potential of steel tower business
 Responsible for developing and implementing Kirby Marketing plan, managing all activities like advertisements, press
releases, participation in exhibitions, organizing technical seminars and developing marketing literature like corporate brochure,
prequalification documents and segment specific presentations
 Led the initiative for ensuring customer satisfaction by commissioning Customer Satisfaction Survey, analyzed the findings of
survey and implemented key initiatives based on the analysis
Achievements
 Based on marketing analysis Kirby launched new product, Curved Beam, in the MEA markets and successfully entered EU
markets by establishing presence in Turkey
 Successfully spearheaded the projects for Corporate Website and Corporate Video from concept to successful launch
 Conceptualized, developed and launched quarterly company Newsletter which was distributed across more than 20 countries

custom design of dental braces based on 3D geometry of teeth of a patient
