SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

With American Guaranty Fund Group, restructured and consolidated all claims handling guidelines,
training manuals, and procedures for all claim activity.
Organized and oversaw any third party administrators utilized following insolvency.
Performed the initial audit of claim files assigned to AGFG. Participated in strategic planning for the
migration of large volume of claims and implemented action plans for smooth migration. Created
action plans and established appropriate claim reserves.
Accountable for managing a team of adjusters while fostering motivational and mentoring relationships
with all subordinates in their personal development and cross training to increase productivity.

administrated status for the corporation consisting of 52 stores and more than 8,800 employees in
multiple states. Managed a staff of three departments with an annual reserve of $15 million.
Implemented unique system of micro-management claims handling and creative “return-to-work”
programs, reducing the workers’ compensation expenses by more than 47% within the first two years.
Integrated leading edge cross training of all internal and external adjusters creating an exemplary staff
equipped to handle any daily and catastrophic claims presented against the company.
Attended and testified at proceedings at the Department of Industrial Accidents and trials.
Developed in-house licensed (PPN) medical network using a third party for utilization reviews.
Wrote and implemented policies for accident investigation; reporting processes and achieved
significant success in the further reduction of costs for general liability and workers’ compensation.
