Eola Hills Pinot Noir, Oregon 2006 9.00 40.00


Young, fruit forward Pinot Noir with just
enough spice on the finish! The nose holds -
cola, cherries, black pepper spice, maybe even
a hint of rhubarb and pistachios! This wine can
be served with many food items because of its
balance.
Chateau St. Marie Bordeaux Superieur, Right 40.00
Bank Bordeaux 2005
The bouquet has all the intensity of ‘05
Bordeaux. Supple, rounded, well-balanced with
lovely dark red fruit supported by ripe tannins.
This is a lovely easy drinking red wine that is
full of ripe red fruits with lovely hints of spice
at the end.
Burge Family Winemakers, Clochmerle- 65.00
Barossa Valley 2004
Three vital components, Grenache, Mataro, and
Shiraz all from within the Burge Family Estate
make up this hand-crafted wonder from Down
Under. Extraordinarily complex and elegant,
fruity, and full-bodied, Clochemerle offers
notes of cherries, licorice, and strawberry jam.
Ramey Claret 2004 70.00
Claret is an English word meaning wine from
Bordeaux. This vintage is composed of 59%
Cabernet Savignon, 22% Merlot, 12% Cabernet
Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec, and 4%
Syrah. Good full ruby. Blackberry, licorice and
menthol on the nose. Sweet, dense and rich,
with a silky texture and strong chocolaty fruit.
Finished with plenty of tannins, but has the
fruit to support them.

Hailing from Battle Creek Michigan, Arcadia
brews traditional English style ales. This IPA
has an intensely floral nose that gives way to
hop bitterness on the palate balanced by a
medium-bodied, lightly caramel and toasted
malt character with a nutty finish. A great
example of the style.
Wittekerke Belgian White Ale 4.00
Meaning “White Church” in Flemish,
Wittekerke is a real Belgian white ale, or wheat
ale. Gently spiced with coriander and orange

spices, Wittekerke is the perfect refresher for

history adds up to a crisp, clean, dry beer that

English nut brown ale, Newcastle is both
