Thank you to the Hebrew High School of New England, the Mandell JCC, and the Bess and Paul Sigel Hebrew
Academy for opening their doors to us.
Finally, my most sincerest and heartfelt thank you to our esteemed and extremely special rabbi. From start to
finish, he listened, mediated, delegated, and assisted in any and every way. This program is a credit to your dedi-
cation to Young Israel of West Hartford, and is the reason there are so many people listed above.
Thank you to all of our members who so warmly welcomed these “strangers” into their “home”. The energy in
this building throughout Shabbat was like I’ve never felt before. While selling ourselves to recruit these families,
we all realized that we really do live in a special place, with a unique shul, and a one-of-a-kind rabbi. It was a
beautiful experience to share with you all.
Who’s interested in helping out with the next one coming up in October?!
