Unregistered Clients
I. Request Booking
a. This function allows unregistered clients to request for flight booking.
b. Request will have a pending status until request is confirmed to be
booked.

Registered Clients
I. Request Booking
a. This function allows registered clients to request for flight booking.
b. Request will have a pending status until request is confirmed to be
booked.

II. Reservation Request
a. This function allows registered clients to request for flight reservation.
b. Request will have a pending status until request is confirmed to be
booked.

III. Update booking
a. The function allows the client to view all booking request, requested by
him/her.
b. The function also allows the client to update/edit the information in the
request.
c. Function allows the client to delete/cancel booking request.

IV. Update reservation

a. The function allows the client to view all reservation request, requested by
him/her.
b. The function also allows the client to update/edit the information in the
request.
c. Function allows the client to delete/cancel reservation request.

V. View Unpaid accounts

a. The function allows the client to view all unpaid accounts related to any
transaction with the company and the services rendered.

VI. View Paid accounts

a. The function allows the client to view all paid accounts related to any
transaction with the company and the services rendered.

a. The function allows the personnel to view all paid accounts related to any
transaction with the company and the services rendered.
