Mechanical(Construction): The candidate should have working experience in execution of major industrial projects

erection, inspection, testing related activities independently. Should be in a position to lead to a team of Engineers in

industrial Projects (Fertilizer & Allied Chemicals, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Power etc.), Civil & Structural works for piling, pile
/ open foundation, steel & RCC structure, fabrication and erection of steel structure.

6.1 a. Mechanical(Piping):– The candidate must have experience in Generation of Plot Plan, Equipment Layout,
Piping General arrangement drawing, Supporting Isometric drawings, Supports schedule, Spring Schedule,
Piping Specifications, Piping MTO, Procurement of Piping materials. 3-D Modeling in PDS software & Stress
Analysis on CAESAR II is desirable.

piling, pile / open foundation, steel & RCC structure, fabrication and erection of steel structure.

6.3 Project Management:- The candidate should have working experience of execution of major projects in the
field of Fertilizer / Chemicals / Oil & Gas / Power /Refinery etc. Candidate must preferably posses fair knowledge
of project management activities like- planning, monitoring, procurement & contracting, billing, reporting, follow-ups
with vendors/contractors/clients, control & maintenance of project deliverable etc.

6.4 Market Research:- The candidate should have work experience in market related Data Collection, analysis and
report preparation in the field of Fertilizer / Chemicals / Oil & Gas / Power /Refinery etc.

6.5 Computer:- The candidate should have thorough knowledge in hardware & systems support or software
in the below areas:-

a) Hardware & Systems support : Having exposure to maintaining and supporting windows based desktop
systems and peripherals, networks (LAN), Server administration (Win 2K3/Win 2 K8 server, Exchange Server,
Exchange Server 2007, SMS 2007, ISA 2006, NAS/SAN server), deployment of software, patches updates,
Trouble shooting.
b) Software: Having good exposure to software development for piping bill of materials, codification of piping
standards, SOR for construction etc. Exposure to PDS database shall be an added advantage. The candidates
should possess good knowledge of piping standards and development of software for piping. A good exposure
to VS.NET and exposure in other areas such as Data base Management Systems (Oracle, SQL server), Web
technologies, Visual Studio.net, C+, C++, will be an added advantage.

8.1 Mechanical(Piping):- The candidate must be capable of generating conceptual piping study layout drawings in
addition to review / checking, piping layout drawings, piping bill of materials, Isometric drawings, support schedule,
Nozzle orientation drawings, Vendor drawings, Civil scope drawings. Experience of working on PDS-3D modeling will
be considered as an added advantage.

8.2 Civil:- The candidate must be capable of preparing Civil & Steel Structural drawings on AUTO CAD, review /
checking of Vendor’s fabrication and construction drawings. Knowledge of 3-D modeling of structures in Frame Work
Plus will be considered as an added advantage.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. All above qualifications should be full time & from recognized University/Institute. Minimum
qualifying marks in Degree / Diploma/ qualifying exam shall be 60% (55% for SC/ST).

2. All candidates should have basic knowledge of working in Computers, MS Office and relevant specialized
software.

3. Depending on the requirement, the Company reserves the right to cancel/restrict/curtail the recruitment process
without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

4. Candidates are informed that mere submission of Applications shall not give them any right to be called for
interview/selection.

5. Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or an
application in response thereto can be instituted only in Gautam Budh Nagar and courts/forums at Gautam
Budh Nagar only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any such cause/dispute.

6. Besides the above pay scales other facilities such as Leave Encashment, Contributory PF, Telephone, Medical
reimbursement for Indoor Treatment, Gratuity, and Insurance etc. will be admissible as per Company Rules.

7. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates shall be followed as per Govt. guidelines. Relaxation in age to
SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates will be given as per Govt. guidelines.

8. The selected candidates for the posts mentioned at Sl. No. 05 to 13 will be required to execute a Bond to
serve the company for a minimum period of 03 years at the time of joining.

9. PDIL shall not be responsible for any loss of communication letters sent, due to invalid / wrong e-mail-id / wrong

10. Candidates against whom a criminal case is pending in a court of law need not apply.

11. TA – The candidates who will be attending the Interview, he/she will be reimbursed to and fro journey by as per
PDIL rules for the respective category by the shortest route subject to production of copy of the tickets.

Application should be submitted in the attached application format only as per guidelines given below.

1. All the details should be filled in the application format.

2. Completely filled application form should be sent by email to cpa@pdilin.com and copy marked to
webadmin@pdilin.com, mentioning the Advt. No/ HR/71/10/05 and Post Code in the bracket as per example
given below in the subject line of the mail.

Example: - Advt. No.HR/71/10/05 (N5) – This signifies that the applicant has applied for the post of
Chief Engineer (Mechanical-Construction).

3. Take a printout of the filled in application form.

4. Paste a passport size photograph on the printout of application form.

5. Sign on the printout of application form.

6. Printout of application form duly signed and photograph pasted on it along with required documents should be

9. Superscribe the envelope with the Post & Post Code applied for.

10. Persons employed in Govt. /Quasi Govt. /Public Sector Undertaking must apply through proper
channel.
In case such candidate is called for the interview based on the advance copy, he/she will have to produce No
Objection Certificate from its employer at the time of interview, failing which his/her candidature may be
cancelled without assigning any reason.

11. Candidates who do not meet above specifications need not apply as their applications will be rejected.

12. Incomplete or vague applications will be rejected summarily.

13. The candidate is required to submit the application through email as well as through hard copy. Non-receipt of
