In
these
instances,
the
data
for
the
entire

were
included.
This
research
is
a
block-‐level
analysis,
but

lot-‐level
analysis
can
be
accomplished
upon
request.
While
new
housing
units
have
come
online
in
the
NoMa
BID
since
April
2010,
these
data
are
a
starting
point
to
accurately
track
demographics
changes
at
the
block
level
over
the
next
ten
years.
