1. Palmy Food Products Private Limited. (15th May 1998 till date):

The mother unit of Leading white bread and allied products manufacturing group in
North India. This unit is a part of Kalory group which has its presence all over India.
In Varanasi, Company has a state-of-art plant for Bread and other products
manufacturing under the brand name “FAMILY”
Joined the company on 15th may 1998 as Senior Production Manager and appointed
as Director since October 2009 with responsibility for the profit and loss
statement of the unit

2. Job profile:
• Handling upcoming projects for the group at different locations. Currently
handling one at Faridabad after successful take-off of one at Fatehpur.
• Complete factory operations, ensuring a consistently increasing EBIT, Meet the
company objective of total customer satisfaction, to implement improved work
practices and to lead the team with modern day techniques.
• Leading a cross-functional team for achieving annual targets/ tasks

by changing the product inspection to process inspection

over traditional petroleum products and installing electrical energy saving
devices

Joined as Sales Manager, M/s Saf Yeast company Ltd, Mumbai (MNC) in
collaboration with Lessafrre France in September 1994 and continued till April
1998
Saf Yeast Company is the leader in bakers yeast manufacturing in India having
more than 60% market share and two manufacturing facilities at Sandila (UP)
and Chiplun (Maharashtra).
Job Profile
• Responsible for P&L for North India Cost Centre.
