from Cerro Las Ranas (Hill of the
Frogs). This is a pulped natural
which means that the cherries are
sun-dried after de-pulping,
lending deeper, fuller body and,
when done right, an unparalled
sweetness. It has caramel and
lemony notes in the aroma, with
lively acidity, smooth body, and
earthy-toned notes of apricots
and baking cocoa.
