Dear Ms. Murphy:

This is a reminder that, in accordance with the terms of the legal agreements
between the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission and the Akron Art Museum, the
Akron Art Museum is to provide the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission with the
following documents:

• A fundraising report, due March 17, 2006;


• A report of uses made of facility for the preceding year, due annually by April
30;
• An audited financial report based on generally accepted accounting
principles and prepared by a CPA, due annually by April 30; and
• A certification that the Manager has taken and caused to be taken all actions
required for the interest on the Bonds to be and to remain excluded from
gross income for tax purposes and not to become subject to alternative
minimum tax, due annually by April 30 (a tax covenant letter is attached for
your use).

We would also like to update our project contact information at this time. If there
are any changes or additions in our contact information, we would appreciate you
letting us know.

Please send these documents to the Commission per the deadlines specified
above. In respect to past due documents, please send them as soon as possible.
