1. Place the power chord in plug point, switch it on.

2. Press Power switch at the back, the machine should automatically start producing ozone.
3. If not, press air pump on. Ozone should come out. But air pump is used for demonstration
purpose and for Dentists’ applications only (also for treatment of external ulcers).
4. During actual operation, open PVC pipe from inlet, push the outlet pipe from an oxygen cylinder
in machine inlet, switch off air pump. Keep Oxygen flow at 2 liters per minute.
5. Look at the LED lights on the front panel. If machine starts with yellow light on, press RESET
bar softly. Green LED will be on and ozone will come out from outlet.
6. Timer is adjusted to periodically switch on and off the system and thus to provide opportunity
to cool down the active parts. For Pain Management and Beauticians’ applications, the timer
on and off regulators on the front (behind the door), have been kept at 1 – 1 positions. There is
no requirement to adjust them at all.
7. If for any reason, the timer is not required, just push the By Pass switch at back.
8. The big dial on the front is for you to adjust. According to your preference of output in mg/l.
9. For any minor electrical fault, change the fuse provided. System will again work perfectly.
10. Take ozone from outlet pipe into disposable syringe without needle or dip outlet pipe in
water up to about three inches or more. Similarly ozone can be mixed in blood or olive oil.
