1.1 ProWatch Solution Overview

ProWatch solution is aimed to monitor process and locations where temperature is critical

- Server Rooms

- Cooling systems

- Refrigerators

- Freezing champers

ProWatch collect temperature status from many temperature points, validate it, warn, alarm or take action
accordingly.

1.2 Technical Specification

1.2.1 General

Controls 2 air conditions.

Graphical LCD Display.

Six buttons keypad for menu browsing/editing.

Error log file report

Three Temperature sensor inputs (ambient,

temp1, temp2)

Phone Number storing

Warning level presets

With Infrared control option the following function could be added

Setting the rotation time “cycling time” between each air condition.

Setting the required ambient temperature.

Setting the max temperature – exceeding such limit both air

conditions will operate.

1.2.2 System Diagnostics:

The system basically comes with 3 sensors:

Sensor no.1: measures the ambient temperature.

Sensor no.2: measures A/C 1 output air temperature.

Sensor no.3: measures A/C 2 output air temperature.

With the module controller analyzing the three sensors readings, it can
identify malfunction in any or both air conditions.

1.2.3 Rotation Time:

Setting cycle time between the two air conditions.

If one air condition fails, and automatic switch on the other air condition and report first air
condition failure.

If high ambient temperature, the system will turn on both air conditions.

If low ambient temperature, only fans will operate cycling air inside the room to eliminate hot
spots.

Four re-namable dry contact inputs.

Four latching outputs

Four non=latching outputs

Outputs are correlated to inputs and temperate sensors

1.2.5 Reporting and logs:

All faults are indicated on the LCD.

Faults are stored in a log file.

Faults can be reported by one of three methods.
