BP-40 MINI-DERRICK

Compact size to fit through openings

The BP40 Digger System is compact and designed for “Quick-Change” tasking with
convenient, easy storage on the side of the boom. Powered by the Hydraulic System, the
Digger has plenty of muscle with 2,800 foot pounds of torque to bore an 18” hole up to 8 feet
deep with a 13 foot operational radius. Optional Auger sizes are available from 8” to 18”

STANDARD FEATURES:
• Air cooled Kohler OHV-V-Twin engine with cold weather anti-icing, smart spark ignition
and low pressure oil starting protection
Shown with optional rider seat.
• Full hydraulic pressure system for derrick and drive functions
• Retracting and extending drive tracks, from 32” minimum to 52” extended
• Stop/Start system with switch at console and on Wireless Radio Remote
• 360º continuous rotational turret
• Three stage hydraulically extended boom, 3,100 lbs lifting capacity
• Radio Remote Controls
• Integrated 32” x 38” load deck with 3,000 lbs capacity
• Boom travel -20º to +80º
• Holding valves on all cylinders
• Patented Positive Track Guide System ensure precise and consistently track
movement, 32” to 52” retracted fully/extended fully
• Fully Proportional Hydraulic System allows a variety of tasks to be performed simultane-
ously with variable volume piston pump

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
MAN-LIFT BUCKET
Designed to be complementary to the BP40 system, the Man-Lift Bucket is
fully hydraulic with a Self-Leveling System, with a capacity of 400 pounds,
and a working height of 40 feet.
Additional features include:
• 180 Degree Mounting Pivot
• Fully Proportional Radio Remote Control
• Hydraulic Tool Circuit
• Insulated Liner and Tool Tray
Platform Leveling system that maintains platform in a level position through
all operating positions.
Consists of a closed-circuit master-slave hydraulic system, with two inter-
connected hydraulic cylinders.
Optional man-lift bucket
HYDRAULIC POLE GUIDE
Hydraulically operated Pole Guide to assist in proper positioning of the pole,
single position simply attaches to the boom tip and is lightweight and is
hydraulically operated with complete wireless radio remote control.
BP40 TRAILER
The BP40 Trailer Option is a heavy-duty construction unit with a capacity of
12,000GVWR, and includes:
• Tail gates with spring assist for easy operation
• Non-Slip deck
• Dual axles with electric brakes
• LED lights
• Tool storage box
• BP40 Tie Downs
• Overall ride height of BP40 on trailer is 10 feet
