Bogged down with paperwork for insurance claims?

Processing an insurance claim is quick and simple with the Insurance Claim
Manager. For electronic claims via VetEnvoy, payment from participating
insurance companies is faster too. You just pick the claimable items and supporting
clinical notes from any number of different consultations or visits. The claim can then be
dispatched electronically to the insurance company or printed and posted. For electronic claims,
the insurer keeps you up to date with the claim status and payment can be made direct to your
bank. All the claims are saved on the system for future reference, saving paper all round!

Business Barometer
Do you really know what is happening in your practice?

As in any business it is important to monitor your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).You can
do this everyday with our new Business Barometer. Within RoboVet you can access any

and batch detail delivery?
Whether you want to create an order manually or automatically,
RoboVet’s Order Management System interfaces with all major
wholesalers across the internet. Orders can be gradually generated
through the course of the day as requirements are identified or
as one end of day task. Batch information supplied by your
wholesaler is integrated with the release of products into stock.
Alternatively, it is quick to enter batch information manually. The
Order Management System also provides a means of managing
internal orders for restocking branches and cars. All orders are
kept so a complete analysis of goods received can be carried out.

Where exactly are all of your drugs?

Possibly in the back of a vet’s car creeping towards that


expiry date! It is extremely important to account for stock
from delivery to its sale or safe disposal. We have recently
enhanced our stock management system to enable practices
to keep an even tighter reign on stock levels. This includes
more rigorous traceability at the point of sale and product
configuration that ensures all items used in procedures are
de-stocked even if they are not going to be charged. Our
new stock reconciliation reports are easy to configure,
run and understand. This means practice profits won’t
leak from your boot!

Getting the right message to the right people in your practice is an essential part of
delivering an efficient service. Our answer is The Organiser which provides instant
messaging, task lists, and an electronic notice board. Instant messages can be sent
to individuals or groups with priority messages flagged for urgent attention. Task
lists can be used to help assign work and projects within the practice to different staff
members. This is particularly useful for prescriptions, lab result interpretation and other
workflow orientated jobs in the practice. The message board can be used to remind
everyone of special events or meetings happening across the practice. So forgetting
to pass on a message can become a thing of the past!
