Foundation of the Fujairah International Marine Club

In accordance with the Emiri Decree No. (1) of the year 1999, dated 30 Rajab 1420H corresponding to 08. 11. 1999, Fujairah
Marine Club was established.
The wise decision of H.H. Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah
was to establish the infrastructure of the marine sports by establishing a modern sport edifice , equipped with all the
necessary requirements of hosting all types of competitions.
Hence, the building of Fujairah Marine Club stands as remarkable sports edifice, built in accordance with the most modern
architectural shapes so as to be relevant to the name and activity of the club. Thus, architectures and engineers succeeded
to design and execute the club in the form of a ship sailing on the Arabian sea that any one who navigates on the Arabia
sea on the beginning of the territorial waters of Fujairah can see the building, thinking that it is a ship that sails on the
Arabian Sea, which is part of the Indian Ocean. But when he comes nearer, he discovers that it is a building. Then he knows
the magnificence of the building and greatness of Fujairah and its people.

simultaneously. In addition the International Convention Centre has 20 Break-Away rooms and is equipped with
state-of-the-art audio/visual technology and a Presidential area for international VIPs. It is a true manifestation
of a new and modern Egypt and will become a cross-roads of culture in the Middle East, as people are drawn to
the sensory wonder of Port Ghalib, where minds may meet in luxury, peace and tranquillity.

H.H. Prince Faisal Bin Khalid Bin Abdul Azeez - Ameer of Aseer
Asir, region of southwestern Saudi Arabia immediately north of Yemen. Asir
consists of about 40,000 square miles (100,000 square km) of Red Sea coastal
plains, high mountains, and the upper valleys of the wadis (seasonal watercourses)
Bishah and Tathlith.

The Southern Region (Asir) is the relatively fertile area of coastal mountains in the
extreme southwest (near Yemen). Mountain peaks rise to 3,000 meters and there is
ample rainfall to support natural vegetation and cultivation.

Asir, with some juniper trees, wild olive trees and even some larger trees is the
only part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support forest.

F2000 World Cup | Saudi Grand Prix - Jeddah

The origin of the city's name poses an interesting dilemma for etymologists. Juddah (pronounced Jiddah) in Arabic means seashore,
which seems logical enough, but the school of thought which prefers Jaddah or grandmother, is given credibility by the traditional
location of Eve's tomb within the city. Jeddah is, in fact, incorrect, but is popularly used by most non-Saudis living there.
Jeddah has some great museums, including the Municipality Museum. Located in a 200-year-old restored traditional house built
from Red Sea coral, the museum has interesting photos of the development of Jeddah, along with rooms done up in traditional style.
The Museum of Abdel Raouf Hasan Khalil houses 10,000 items jam-packed into 4 mock-Arab Disney-style buildings. The museum is
a spectacularly badly organized clutter of tasteless exhibits, but there are a few real gems among the debris. The Jeddah Museum,
the regional museum of archaeology and ethnography, covers the same turf as the Riyadh Museum.
Jeddah has one of the best souks (markets) in the kingdom, the spectacular Souk Al-Alawi, which winds its way through the old city.
Although some sections of it have been paved over, and others fitted with bizarre green and white columns, it's still a great place to
spend hours strolling and browsing. Jeddah's 3 reconstructed old city gates are also worth a look, as are the several good examples
of traditional Jeddah architecture found around the North City Gate.

Jeddah (also spelled Jiddah, Jidda, or Jedda; Arabic:  Jiddah) is a Saudi
Arabian city located on the coast of the Red Sea and is the major urban
center of western Saudi Arabia. It is the largest city in Makkah Province,
H.H. Prince Abdullah and Abdul Salam - Contract Signing H.H. Prince Abdullah and Abdul Salam - Award of Appreciation and the second largest city in Saudi Arabia after the capital city, Riyadh. The
population of the city currently stands at over 3.4 million. It is considered
the commercial capital of Saudi Arabia and the wealthiest city in the Middle
East and western Asia.
Jeddah is the principal gateway to Mecca, Islam's holiest city, which
able-bodied Muslims are required to visit at least once in a lifetime.
Residents of Jeddah are called Jeddans. Jeddah has 24 sister cities, which
are selected based on economic, cultural and political criteria.

Hyperbolically known as the Paris of Arabia, Jeddah is one of the few

cities in the region to have built around, rather than over, its times gone by.
Although it's definitely a modern metropolitan area, Jeddah (which is
mid-way down the country's Red Sea coast) is also the most interesting
and friendly of Saudi Arabia's big cities. Jeddah is centered on Al-Balad,
the strip of buildings along its coastline road and the old city directly
behind them.
Jeddah, the largest city in Saudi Arabia's Western Province, once located
sleepily on the shores of the Red Sea, with no sign of its prestigious future.
Today it bustles, dazzles and resounds with industry, technology and
cosmopolitan human life.

A Splash Idea About Sabah Malaysia

MAJILIS SUKAN NEGARA, MALAYSIA

Your Journey To The Warm Heart of Borneo Starts here...

Sabah's population is heterogeneous and culturally diverse, with more than 30 different ethnic races and over 80 local dialects spoken. Traditions and
customs have long been part of our daily lives. Most of it has survived for eons; others have barely endured, touched by other influences that have led
others yet to be forgotten altogether.
Well known as the Land Below The Wind and also Land Of The Sacred Mountain, Sabah is a land of varied landscapes and natural wonders. One will
normally ask what kinds of people live in this land of eco-treasures? Often by further understanding our spectrum of cultures, you will find the answer as all
types, colours and creeds. All these ethnic groups live together harmoniously while at the same time preserving their own culture, traditions, festivals and
customs to make Sabah a multiculturally exotic experience unlike any other that you might have already experienced.
Like the rest of the Southeast Asian archipelago, Sabah has been culturally affected by the powerful external, continental influences from mainland Asia.
However the heterogeneous population often dramatically reveals its well-preserved wonderful customs and practices. Though the country modernizes, and
certain rituals and special ceremonial occasions are less frequently performed, one can still experience and observe Sabah's rich tapestry of custom in the
local population's daily life as well as their special local festivals.

Mr. Zachary, Mr. William and Abdul Salam - Qatar Event 2006 Mr. Zachary and Abdul Salam - Press Conference, Qatar This segment will take you through a virtual experience in getting to know Sabah through the understanding of our traditional musical instruments, costume
and ethnic lifestyle. The interactive on-line video streaming featuring Sabah - Malaysian Borneo in general will give you an insight of our unique customs
and a special section on the wonderful sounds of Borneo will captivate your heart and soul.
Come to Sabah and let us show you the way to indulge yourself in our most precious custom and shower you with endless affection in our very own unique
Sabahan way.
Organization
The Sabah Tourism Board generally known as Sabah Tourism, is an agency of the Sabah State Government operating under the purview of the Ministry of
Tourism, Culture and Environment. Sabah Tourism primary responsibility is the marketing and promotion of tourism for the State. It also functions as a
catalyst for the tourism industry by recommending to the Government the best possible means to facilitate the development of the industry and take part
actively in initiating and coordinating activities conducted by the industry's participant. Since it was established in August 1976, Sabah Tourism's responsi-
bilities have continually expanded and defined to cater to the current needs of the global tourism market.
Today Sabah Tourism constitutes five divisions : Communications & MICE Division, Marketing Division, Research Division, Corporate Services Division, and
Internal Audit Division. The re-activation of its wholly owned subsidiary Sri Pelancongan Sabah Sdn Bhd (SPS), formerly known as Sri Pelancungan Hornbill
has enabled Sabah Tourism to re-organize and focus its main activities in tourism marketing, promotion and research. SPS supplements and complements
the efforts of Sabah Tourism by working closely with the tourism industry in event management, publicity and publication, IT and multimedia as well as sales
and promotion of local handicrafts and souvenir items.
Come and visit Malaysia and see for yourself why Malaysia is Truly Asia.

Port Ghalib is being created under the guidance of a single vision and master plan of the M.A. Kharafi Group.
Some of the World’s finest planners (such as Francois Spoerry, EDAW and Sogreah) have been involved in the
master, urban, and marina planning. The internationally renowned consultants KPMG has been involved in the
marketing and feasibility studies. The world leading architects WAT&G International conceptualised and
designed the unique architecture to be in harmony with the environment drawing their inspiration from
traditional and historic designs. Environmental plans were conducted with Enviro-Pro, SWRC, and ECO Conserve.

Port Ghalib will be an outstanding resort community because of the accurate planning, design excellence,
market research and positioning. Port Ghalib includes around 9 different themed villages visually and
physically linked, thus creating a strong cohesive development. The location of these villages capitalises on the
site’s natural assets (exquisite views of the Red Sea, pocket beaches, un-spoilt desert terrain, as well as
naturally occurring differences in elevation levels throughout Port Ghalib.

Rescue Team

This name really suits this team.

They are unfailing, invaluable and irreplaceable. More, they are insoluble,
stainless when they have to jump into the water to rescue a driver who has
suffered a tip over (capsize in the nautical jargon). They are, in a word,
inalienable. Without them, today, no one in modern power boating could exist.

The essential equipment of the team consists of two pneumatic dinghies,

powered by 135 HP. Mercury outboard motors.

The whole Blue Circus owes the Team very much. Every single diver will, soon
or later, be pulled out of a sunken canopy or (if he has been so swift, and lucky
as to come out of the capsule by himself) dragged out of the water by their
strong and skillful hands. The team will provide them with first aid. Sometimes
it is just psychological help, when the driver is unharmed. At other times they
take some focused and decisive course of 'action, when the accident is more
serious. An action that’s timing has to be within a few endless, vital seconds.
The quicker the team rid the racing course of damaged launches and the
related scraps the sooner the race can start again. The new start will of course
follow the regular break. We have seen the rescue "boys" in action dozens of
times. They never hesitated. Their actions had always been long-studied and
practiced. Synchronized like the gears of a mechanism, which must not have
any hitch, any blunder. The toll would be a human life. We have even seen
them put out a burning launch and rescue the driver before he himself could
realize what was going on.

They are substantially volunteers: They very keenly get to venue, their
names? No, it would be unfair: they are a team, they are interchangeable. And,
they have adopted the motto: "All for one”
