The school runs a modules system. Runs on one cycle per academic
year
Every new student will take the modules running during that term.
Academic learning will NOT be affected.

Lessons (Daily) vs. Sessions:


There are 4 sessions daily – Adv Dip-Level 2 (Timing for level 1 will be
adjusted)
0900 hrs:
1030 hrs:
1200~~1330 LUNCH break
1330 hrs: *1330 to 1400 hrs: Groups discussion for presentation and case
study
1530 hrs: Presentations preparation & Tutorial for New students
Students need help on subjects may stay back for tutorial lessons, from
1530hrs

Module: Room Division (Diploma level 2)

Two presentations (25%+25%) and ONE exam (50%) = 100%

At the beginning of lesson (week 3)

Present 2:
Two weeks before revision (week12)

That means, every Diploma student will make two presentation

Presentation Guideline:
Each group comprises of not more than 3 students
Presentation using Power Point slides (2007 version)

Slides: 20 to 30 slides
50 % images / charts - Explanation and images will alternate

Time: 10 to 15 minutes

Submission: The power point slides must be submitted on the day of


presentation

Research Topics Choose one topics. Research and present

Presentation#2:
Case Study Choose one topics. Research and present

Alternate Topic:
Students must seek approval from lecturers if you are presenting
alternate topics

Topics will be discussed in class to prepare the students for presentation

You need to pass both Presentation (50%) and Exam (50%)
To be qualified a pass for the module

Questions: How do we graduate?


Diploma and Advanced Diploma

Example:
Each module carries 30 credit points
When you complete one module, you earn 30 credits

Your need 180 credit points (6 x 30=180) to graduate a Diploma; you will
need 6 modules

Only passed subject earns 30 points

[Note]
When the school gets larger, there are more modules for you to chose;
you can then select the modules suits you most. For the time being, the
modules are fixed.

Question: How about advanced diploma?


The same formula applies.
You will have to complete another 6 modules (new subjects)

Some high school / universities will required you to take 8 modules
