1 SCHEDULE OF EXAMINATION
It is notified that JULY 2011 FCPS-II theory examination will be held as under:

2 SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION (FRESH AND REPEATERS)

● Application with prescribed Fee of SR 1625 upto April 21, 2011
● Application with Late Fee of SR 500 (Non refundable) upto April 28, 2011
● Last date for withdrawal of application from examination upto May 05, 2011

● All applications must be received at office of secretary General Saudi Commission for Health
Specialist on or before the dates mentioned above. Delays in postal deliveries shall not be
considered a valid reason for the late receipt of application.

● For further correspondence, please note to mention your name, subject and Examination centre
from where you are appearing in the examination.

3 EXAMINATION FEE SR 1125/- PLUS SR 500/- = SR. 1625/-

Examination fee, as mentioned above is to be paid as under:
a) A foreign demand draft of SR 1125/- from Saudi Hollandi Bank (A/C No. 037083953004) drawn in favour
of Saudi Commission for Health Specialties / College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan.
b) A separate demand draft / pay order of SR 500/- from The National Commercial Bank
(A/C No. 20159007001306) drawn in favour of Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
c) If the application is submitted after APRIL 21, 2011 another SR 500/- as late fee in favour of Saudi for Health
Specialties KSA / College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan.

4 REFUND OF FEE
Seventy five percent of the examination fee shall be refunded to the candidate after deduction of 25% fee for
processing, subject to:
● receipt of application for withdrawal from the examination if received on or before the specified date.
● rejection of the application by CPSP on account of ineligibility.
● While applying for REFUND candidate should write his / her NAME, CENTRE, SUBJECT and BANK
RECEIPT NUMBER.
In all other cases the fee paid for a particular examination will not be refunded or carried over to next
examination in case of withdrawal after specified date, absence/exclusion from the examination for any reason.

CANDIDATES WHO QUALIFY IN THEORY EXAMINATION AND TOACS COMPONENTS CAN APPEAR IN THREE OUT OF
FOUR CONSECUTIVE CLINICAL EXAMINATIONS (INCLUDING MISSED CHANCES) WITHOUT APPEARING IN THEORY
EXAMINATION AND TOACS COMPONENTS AGAIN. HOWEVER, A CANDIDATE WHO DOES NOT APPEAR IN
TOACS/CLINICAL EXAMINATION OF THE SAME SESSION AFTER PASSING THEORY EXAMINATION, WILL LOSE ONE
CHANCE. ONLY TWO OUT OF THE NEXT THREE CONSECUTIVE CHANCES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SUCH
CANDIDATES.

Diplomatic Quarters, P.O. Box 94656 Riyadh 11614 and can also be downloaded from our
website: www.cpsp.edu.pk

● Application forms issued for recent examination only will be accepted.

● PLEASE NOTE THAT SEPARATE APPLICATION FORMS ARE TO BE USED BY
FRESH APPLICANTS & REPEATERS.

8 VENUE OF EXAMINATION
In JULY 2011, FCPS-II Examination in Saudi Arabia wll be held only at Riyadh Centre and the venue of
examination will be Saudi Commission for Health Specialities, Diplomatic Quarter Riyadh (K.S.A.).

CANDIDATES FROM COUNTRIES OTHER THAN KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA WILL ARRANGE THEIR
OWN VISA AND ACCOMMODATION.

9 CLINICAL EXAMINATION
The College will hold clinical examination ONLY in one or more cities of PAKISTAN irrespective of the venue
of theory examination. Exact dates and venue will be communicated after the assessment of theory examination
papers.
