Capital Campaign
Responses to the Strengthening Faith Together Capital
Appeal continue to come in, and we are moving ever clos-
er to reaching $400,000 in both out-front gifts and
commitments over the coming three years. Thanks be to
God for your generous support of this important effort.
1st Quarter (2011) Financial Statement
You are encouraged to stop at the display in the Gathering
Area today to pick up a detailed FLC income and expense
statement for the first quarter of 2011 (January through
March). With both a numbers chart as well as a narrative
explanation, this quarterly information is designed to help
you stay well-informed about our financial position as we
move through the year. The data you will see on this report
reflects the income and expenses for our ongoing general
operations (including monthly mortgage payments). It does
not include the dedicated funds (such as memorial monies,
the endowment fund, or the monies that will be accruing
from the Capital Appeal).
If you have questions regarding this report or any aspect of
our financial situation, you can contact any member of our

Volunteer Appreciation Open House
Have you volunteered for something Children’s Ministry
related this school year? Then you’re invited to join us for an
Open House for YOU - one of FLC's many wonderful
Children's Ministry Volunteers! The Open House will be held
at Alison Wenck’s house (19671 Evensong Ave) on Monday,
April 18th from 6-8pm. (The Open House will be held from
6:00-7:30pm, and then we'll have a brief Children's Ministry
Team meeting from 7:30-8:00pm.) Whether you taught
Sunday/Wednesday school, planned with the Children's
Ministry Team, or volunteered in the nursery, with
Wednesday Meals, or any other children's programming that
takes place throughout the year, we want to show you how
much you're appreciated! Hope you can join us for a night
food, fun, and laughter!
