Worked for Cairn Energy Sangu Feild Limited, previously owned by Scottish oil & gas
company now acquired by Australian company called Santos as Lead-Coordinator, Finance
Systems:
Worked for Pathfinder International, Boston, USA in its USAID-Bangladesh funded health
project, namely, NGO Service Delivery Program (NSDP) as IT Manager reporting to COP
:
Main responsibilities are-
• To lead the IT team in planning, developing, implementing and maintaining and the Information
Technology infrastructure of the organization
• To supervise IT stuffs (i) Network Administrator (ii) LAN Support Officer and (iii) Support staff.
• Smooth functioning of IT department
• Prepare Service Level Agreement (SLA) for different vendors.
• Administer Microsoft windows 2000/2003 servers and Active Directory
• Administer Microsoft Exchange server 2003
• Administer/maintain the Juniper firewall with HQ

Achievements

• Implementation of Outlook Web Access (web mail) which provided access to mailbox from
internet.
• Reduced 30% of the maintenance budget.
Responsibilities:
• To install and maintain computer systems and LAN in conjunction with the Group IT guideline.
• To plan and control new IT projects with BCS Group.
• To provide software hardware support for Operating Systems, Application Software, Group

Worked as IT Manager in Youth Group (A local Group of Companies main business was Garments
Manufacturing and Beverage.
Responsibilities: Responsible for Administrating Network for more than 50 end users under
Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and windows 98 maintaining the mail server. Providing support for
LAN end user, installation of Internet and Dial-up Networking.
Assist office staff in the maximum use of computers and upgreading their skills on computers
and application packages specially knowledge of MS-Office package, Internet Explorer, outlook
Express and windows environment.
Giving consultancy for changes in equipment and deign software to improve reliability,
increase capability and reduce maintenance costs.
Supervising the MIS of the whole Group and providing reports to the management.
Achievements
Worked in Aptech Computer Education (Kakrail Center) joined as trainee faculty then a faculty
member and at last promoted to Academic Head.
Responsibilities:
To teach students of the APTECH on the subjects Java, C, Java Script, Fundamentals of
computer, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, HTML, Windows NT 4.0 (sever & workstation),
Windows 2000, Linux. Also to maintain the network of more than 50 nodes with proxy server and
mail server support for about 200 users.
Responsible for scheduling batches, allocating faculties for the batch, class routines, exam
scheduling result publishing and getting feedback from students.
