FEE DEPOIST GUIDE LINE

1. CASH MODE: Draft Mode preferable

2. DRAFT MODE: At University Fee Counter, Fee will be accepted by Demand Draft / Pay order
to be made in favour of concern Faculty (detail mentioned below)
payable at “JALANDHAR” ONLY
1. Lovely Faculty of Technology & Science
2. Lovely Faculty of Business & Arts
3. Lovely Faculty of Education
4. Lovely Faculty of Applied Medical Science
5. Lovely School of Open & Distance Learning

Students are required to fill the attached draft deposit acknowledgement slip
While submitting of Draft /Pay order.

3. ON LINE MODE: Those Students going to deposit their fee directly into bank accounts
of University by using on line mode have to follow the below mentioned
Process:-
1. Download the FEE DEPOIST SLIP from UMS or format is also attached.
(format FEE DEPOSIT SLIP ATTACHED 2)
2. Fill all required particulars in FEE DEPOSIT SLIP and deposit the same
any where in India in our banks accounts detail attach.
(Bank Accounts Detail Attachment 3)
3. After depositing fee, send fee deposit proof / information to accounts
branch on Fax no. 01824-500779 or through E. Mail at
accounts@lpu.co.in as per attachment
(ON LINE FEE DEPOSIT INFROMATION SLIP ATTACHMENT 4)
4. Students can down load fee receipts from their UMS.
5. If students Fee account is not updated with in 10 days from the date of
Fee deposit then student has to approach accounts department along with
Relevant proof for updating of their fee accounts.

4. EDUCATION LOAN DEMAND LETTER:
Those students who are already availing education loan are required to
fill the attached requisition slip for Collection of their Education Loan
demand letter from student help desk counter of accounts department till
15.11.2010, so that they may timely get release of their education loan
installment. (Education loan demand letter requisition Slip Attachment 5)

5. FORAMT FOR FEE EXTENSION:
1. Needy student are required to fill the attached format for extension in
Payment of fee (for specific cases i.e. Bank loan late release, medical ground
etc.) and proceed through proper channel, full fill all requirement and final
Submit it on or before specific date mentioned in fee schedule to student help
desk counter for further processing.
2. Status for approval of their application will be shown on their UMS till the
extended date. (Format Extension in Payment Of Fee Attachment 6)

6. SCHOLARSHIP (LPU) :

BATCH 2009: Students are advice to deposit their Full Fee (without
deduction of scholarship amount) if they pay less fee amount
after deduction of scholarship but not maintain
minimum CGPA 8 next term pay their balance fee after due
date as per late fee charges will be charge as per schedule.

BATCH 2010: Students are advice to deposit their Fee after deduction of
scholarship amount which they avail at the time of admission
2010 as per prospects norms.
