Regular/Contract basis subject to the approval of the relevant bodies of the University.

Terms & other Conditions:

1. Other facilities such as residential accommodation, medical treatment, CP fund& leave etc. in
accordance with the Service Statutes of the University in force from time to time.
2. Age limit and other conditions may be relaxed in case of highly qualified and experienced candidates.
3. Applicants working in Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous organization should apply through
Proper Channel. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
4. Application forms can be obtained personally from the Establishment Section of the University or by
sending self-addressed envelopes duly stamped, or can be down-loaded by visiting our Website:
www.ustb.edu.pk.
5. Applications on prescribed forms neatly filled giving full particulars regarding biodata, attested copies of
academic degrees/certificates, experience certificates, domicile, national identity card with two recent
photographs alongwith non-refundable crossed postal orders/bank draft of any bank/cash receipt of
Bank of Khyber, UST Branch Bannu drawn in the name of the University of Science & Technology,
Bannu should reach this office as per following details:
(i) For Professors and Associate Professors five copies of the application forms (complete) in bound
form with 5-copies of the list of publications and reprints of their research publications alongwith
Rs.3000/- postal orders/bank draft/cash receipt as mentioned above should reach by
31st May, 2011.
(ii) For Assistant Professors and Lecturers one set of application form (complete) alongwith Rs.600/-
postal orders/bank draft/cash receipt as mentioned above should reach by 31st May, 2011.
(iii) For administrative positions in BPS-17 and above, one set of application form (complete)
alongwith Rs.600/- postal orders/bank draft/cash receipt as mentioned above should reach by
16th May, 2011.
(iv) For all administrative and supporting staff vacancies (BPS-16 and below) one set of application
form (complete) alongwith Rs.400/- postal orders/bank draft/cash receipt as mentioned above
should reach by 16th May, 2011.
6. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies ornot to fill any post
without assigning any reason.
7. Incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.
