problems and recommendations in the form of WAC analysis is described and mentioned as

Company has six subsidiaries, following is the detail of its subsidiaries companies.
2- NetSol - USA
acquired in 1999, located in Virginia, focus on business development, customer support,
consulting services and marketing products, medical and communication application. 10
employees.

NetSol maintains an effective Quality Assurance System complying with International Standard
ISO-9001.

2:- Problems/issuses:
There were a lot number of problems and issues created in the
organization/software house (Netsol Inc) like work load were increased, marketing
department was not cooperative,too much lineant and friendly environment,no proper
documentation records availability,lack of resource planning,unplanned
undestanding,communication Gap,confliction between seniors and juniors,poor building
team relationship,extra ordinary motivational issues like giving preference to the

3) Work load:
As the number of emloyees and workers at the begining of this software house were too
much less regarding to the requirment of organization and a lot of work have to be done so
because of this reason the load of work become increase.
4) No work!!!
Actually there were a lot of work to do but the management of the work create problem
that how to do,when to do and whom will do it? When these sort of thinking comes in the
minds of programmers then they left the work in mid and start thinking that which way we use
to complete this work and durring their thinking period the time of work had gone,and many of
them then said that there is no work to do then what we will do etc etc???
5) Specific field:
A lot of members and employees were expert in their specific fields which was not good
for the organization because that time organization required the persons with atleast expert in
more than two fields so to overcome this problem they never focused on the training criteria
and problem goes increase.
9) Youth developers:
As the youth have a great potential and enthausiaizm to do work so that time the
youngsters also were potentialed but not having a handsome salary package they went out of
organization one by one.
14) TNA:
Trainig need assessment which is necessary for any organization to improve its
employees performances and to increase the production rate of its projects and products as
well but in starting days of Netsol Inc there were not good arrangement of trainings to give the
members and make them more perfect in their skills,knowledge ,positive behaviour and
abilities. This was a great issue of that time but after the passage of time they overcome it very
efficiently and effectivly.
15) Encouragement/Motivation :
Motivational issue is also important because when you encourage some one to do its
work effectivly then any one can do its work on the time and in proper way within the due
dates. But that time of Netsol Inc there were no encouragemental and motivational activities
performed so due to this reason many of workers and employees even though staff including
programmers were not happy to the organization and the main drawback of this lackness was
that many of programmers ,employees and workers had left the organization and demand for
increasing their salary packages otherwise they would not work in organization further.
