Description:
Event Base Messaging (EBM) & Campaigns: Capital one customer will enroll EBM facility
online. Based on customer EBM will trigger messages to the customer on event base.
Campaigns will alert the customer for all the new offers and main events.
Alerts: Alerts is the notification to the customer about the activities/ transaction that has been
performed by the customer.
Alerts are classified into following 2 categories
i. Batch Alerts ii. Real time Alerts (RTA)
