ORDER

NOW ON the 13th day of November, 2009, the above captioned matter
comes on before the court for hearing. The Petitioner appears in person and by
and through Counsel Donald Hoffman. Respondent appears in person and by
Robert E. Duncan II. G.A.L., Jill Dykes, appears for the minor child who is not
present in Court. The Court, after reviewing the file and hearing statements of
counsel, FINDS AS FOllOWS:
1. That the parties have agreed that motion for contempt will be deferred
pending Petitioner's locating and removing all referenced items to the minor child
on the internet.
2. That the Court interviewed the parties' minor child and per agreement of
the parties no record was made.
3. That the Court suspends parenting time of Respondent due to
Respondent's apparent continued use of her website and the internet to publish
photographs of minor child and statements that reference the minor child.
4. That the Court will entertain reinstating parenting time once Respondent
deletes all photographs and likenesses of minor child, any reference to minor
child on her website and the internet that she controls, and agrees not to discuss
Court proceedings with the minor child and not to discuss the divorce with the
minor child.
 IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED that the above findings and Orders be, and they are hereby, made
the Orders of this Court, as to each particular finding.
