8
Where is the connectivity hardware (router):

The preferred e-Revelation hardware configuration is for the router,

optimal support capability, as this hardware may be more easily
troubleshot if all in one location. Below, please outline the discussion of
this hardware standard with the customer:

At the time of the Site Survey, was the connectivity established:

If No, what is the projected date this will be ready:

NOTE: Connectivity must be established, and the firewall tested, before Your

TRAINING
Employees to be trained
Qty Job Code POS Training Back Office

Training Considerations

It is necessary that the customer provide an area –preferably a secure,

spacious room—to be used as the training facility throughout the life of the
installation. Unless otherwise discussed with Your Company, the room needs
to be equipped with:
• Power for all terminals and receipt printers
• Ample table space
• Network connections and modem connections (analog phone line for
non TCP/IP connection to the server)
• Phone connection for internal and external calls
• Computer LCD projector

Is this room currently available, or will arrangements have to be made:

Will this be a Train-the-Trainer scenario:

If so, who will be responsible for

scheduling and training staff:

Will the room used for training be the same room

where the equipment will be unboxed and assembled?

If there are multiple buildings, will there be consolidated

training at one location:

Note: If the room in which the terminals are unboxed differs from the room
in which
they will be assembled and/or trained, this may incur additional
hours not
originally quoted.
