wooded sites are available through the
city’s park and recreation department.
Water and electric hookups are provided,
and a camp store offers firewood, ice,
drinks and snacks. There is fishing and
supervised swimming on the 117-acre
Bixler Lake. Part of Bixler Lake Park, the
campground features modern playgrounds,
a ball diamond, nature trails, horseshoe
and volleyball courts and special events.
There is a KOA in Auburn, just off
I-69, available for those just driving
through or staying for a car auction.
Gordon’s Campground in Wolcottville
offers 75 wooded acres at 9500 E. C.R.
