Our food is “Latin fusion” inspired by


the diversity of Puerto Rico, Cuba, the
Caribbean and South America. The menu is my
interpretation of traditional ethnic cooking
that inspires many of my dishes. I invite you
to savor a taste of my homeland cooking and
enjoy a trip to my tropical island
