Insulation; Hydrostatic Test, Pneumatic Test, leak test & flushing,
reinstatement Inspection;
3.Pump/motor alignment inspection; Capable of preparing & producing project
quality plan (PQP), Welding procedure Specification (WPS) & Procedure
Qualification record (PQR), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), & Inspection
Formats/Checklist.
4. Knowledge in Design and strength calculations, preparing¬ Material Take-
Off (MTO) and drawing detailing; able to interpret Isometric and P&ID
drawings.
5.Capable in Handling/Supervising number of workers in shop fabrication and
siteinstallation.
6. Familiar with most construction¬ codes & standards such as: ASME, API,
