Business Suite includes four services that can help you accelerate the ROI from your
Oracle application investment.

CEMLI Catalog. The CEMLI Catalog Service provides an inventory of CEMLIs


by name, type and location. This service helps mitigate patching or upgrading risks,
reduces development, deployment and maintenance costs related to CEMLIs, and
can lead to elimination or possible reuse of existing CEMLIs in other lines of
business.

CEMLI Performance Check. The CEMLI Performance Check service evaluates


performance characteristics of Oracle E-Business Suite concurrent programs with
embedded CEMLIs. It checks for underperforming CEMLI code based on Oracle
best practices or customer-defined metrics and can evaluate CEMLIs under different
runtime conditions. A comprehensive dashboard user interface allows for an in-
depth analysis of underperforming code and SQLs.

CEMLI Packager. The CEMLI Packager service allows you to package and deploy
your custom code in the same manner Oracle delivers code – using patches. You can
select the custom objects that need to be installed for a specific Oracle E-Business
Suite environment and create a single package of all of the custom objects that can
then be installed similar to an Oracle patch in a single operation, thus reducing
redundant processes and errors related to deploying custom objects manually.

CEMLI Patch Impact Analysis. The CEMLI Patch Impact Analysis service
evaluates the impact of Oracle E-Business Suite patches on your custom objects.
Proactively identify which custom objects will be impacted by the installation of an
Oracle E-Business Suite patch before you install the patch. Use this impact analysis
to guide you through creation of well defined testing procedures after the patches are
installed.
