1. Equations of motion
32.2 GENERAL EQUATIONS FOR COMPOSITE
STRUCTURES
Composite structural elements consist of a large
number of plies with different angular orienta-
tion of fibers. The general equations, describing
the behaviour of the composite elements, are
based on the following assumptions:
